About Ol Seki Hemingways Mara

In the unspoiled Naboisho Conservancy, Ol Seki Hemingways Mara is well positioned to see prolific game.

There are 6 en-suite tents and 2 suites. The tents are uniquely rounded, and each has 6 opening panels giving panoramic views. Each tent is completely hidden from the others, and furnished in traditional safari style. The suites, called Simba, lion, and Chui, leopard, were created in 2010 with low environmental impact. Each suite has a spacious private living and dining tent flanked by two bedroom tents, with en-suite bathroom, shower and changing area, and a private kitchen with a dedicated team of staff.

The library tent has an extensive selection of African and international books. Meals can be served in the traditional mess tent, on the veranda of the guests’ tent, in the nearby caves or out in the bush.

Game drives cover both Naboisho Conservancy and the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Night drives and game walks take place in Naboisho Conservancy. Cultural visits to local Maasai villages give an insight into traditional customs. The camp works closely with the local community and supports Oleseri Primary School and Koiyaki Guiding School. Its eco initiatives have earned the camp the Ecotourism Kenya’s prestigious silver award.
