About Watano House

One of the original houses in Diani, Watano House is an attractive and spacious beachfront villa. Behind Watano House, also with access to the beach, are 2 smaller cottages available for rent. The compound can be taken as a whole, or the house and cottages can be taken separately. Watano House has 8 bedrooms, made up of 7 en-suite double rooms, and a room with bunk beds adjoining the master bedroom, suitable for children. All rooms have fans and mosquito nets; 1 room has aircon. There is a large open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a sea facing veranda running the length of the house. The swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and garden all overlook the beach. The house is staffed with housekeeper, gardener, security guard and chef. Local vendors bring fresh fish, seafood and vegetables to the house daily. Guests are welcome to discuss their preferred menu with the chef.

Dolly house is a 1-room studio with 4-poster bed, fridge, gas cooker, bathroom and veranda. The Gatehouse has 2 twin bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and outside living and dining area. Both cottages are equipped with fans, mosquito nets, towels and bed linen. Water sports, trips and excursions can be booked in Diani.
