About Waterlovers

Combining Mediterranean and Swahili styles, WaterLovers is a charming, small hotel on Diani’s beachfront. The hotel provides chic décor and personal service.

The 6 split-level cottages are equipped with aircon, fan, mosquito nets, security box, kettles and SIM cards for guests to use in their personal mobile phones. Both double and triple rooms are available. The cottages are furnished with Swahili and Arabic designs and each has a private veranda overlooking the ocean. The self-catering villa can sleep 8 guests. It has 2 en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor, a spacious en-suite bedroom with two double beds on the upper floor gallery, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. A private chef can be provided on request.

Tides Restaurant has whitewashed Greek style arcades set with wooden ceiling beams. The menu changes daily, with dishes such as roasted pumpkin ravioli in crab and fish ragout and passion fruit mousse with white chocolate flakes. Ocean Spirit Bar serves cocktails, fresh fruit juices and aperitifs, and overlooks both the turtle shaped infinity pool and the beach. The hotel can book boat trips, fishing, snorkelling, visits to golf courses or trips to the marine park on request.
