About Sirikoi

Sirikoi is a luxury tented camp on the northern slopes of Mt Kenya. The camp, on private land surrounded by Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, looks out on a waterhole that attracts a variety of game.

There are 4 elegant en-suite tents and a private cottage with 2 en-suite bedrooms, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms are furnished with safari antiques, and have their own fireplaces and verandas. The spacious bathrooms have freestanding baths, shower cubicles and modern facilities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served on the sweeping veranda overlooking the waterhole or in the stylish dining room. The sunbeds beside the swimming pool look across mountainous regions, open grasslands, indigenous forest and riverine valleys. As well as day and night game drives, activities include helicopter flights, lion tracking, horse riding and game walks. Sirikoi also offers sundowners at viewpoints and bush dinners under the stars.

In acquiring 7000 acres bordering the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, Sirikoi has extended this vital wildlife corridor, crucial to increasing the populations of the endangered Grevy’s zebra, black rhino and other species. Working under the umbrella of the Northern Rangeland Trust, Sirikoi also provides mobile safaris into community-owned conservation areas in northern Kenya. Sirikoi holds Ecoutourism Kenya’s prestigious gold award.
