About Medina Palms

On the seafront of Watamu, Medina Palms is a luxury collection of suites and villas. In traditional Swahili style, the suites and villas surround a string of interlinked swimming pools leading down to the beach.

The Palmerie has a 4-bedroom luxury ocean villa, 5 3-bedroom villas and 5 1-bedroom suites. The Medina has 13 2-bedroom deluxe suites, 15 2-bedroom penthouses and a 3-bedroom ocean lodge. All have spacious bedrooms, open plan fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and living spaces. The villas also have roof terraces with plunge pools. Medina Palms has a string of facilities including 24-hour porterage, 24-hour reception, children’s play area, kids’ club, cyber corner, TV room and DVD library, tour desk and gift shop.

Amandia Restaurant serves Mediterranean, Moroccan and African dishes, and specialises in seafood. Other dining options include the Coffee Garden, Long Bar and Star Lounge. Sakina Ocean Spa is on the rooftop and offers wellness treatments from Africology. The fitness centre is fully equipped and has an experienced fitness instructor.
