The house and cottages are elegantly decorated with antique carpets, furniture and trimmings. The chef creates innovate and tasty meals from the farm’s organic vegetable garden. The farm’s horses are available for riding on the farm, in the nearby wildlife conservancy and on the slopes of Mt Kenya. Riding lessons in the all-weather arena and polo lessons on the polo ground are available. Massage, croquet, guided walks and gin tastings are on offer. Nearby attractions include Ngare Ndare Forest, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Solio Ranch and Lolldaiga Hills. The artist in residency programme gives creative people the chance to hone their skills.
