With the only PGA-accredited golf course in Africa, Vipingo Ridge is setting its standards high. The immaculate golf course is surrounded by villas, a clubhouse, and a selection of entertainment venues; zebra, oryx and eland stroll around the area.
There are 28 Golf Villas, with 2, 3 or 4 en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, elegantly furnished living and dining spaces, and verandas overlooking the golf course. Most houses have plunge pools, and every level has a larger pool. The Links, privately owned and designed villas, are further from the golf course, with individual architecture and beautiful interiors. The stylish coral and cream clubhouse has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a fully stocked bar with an extensive cocktail list, a rooftop for sundowners and private functions, and several secluded seating areas.
The spacious Sports Bar has a swimming pool, tennis courts, snooker, darts and pizza oven. Vipingo Ridge also has a floating pontoon, motor-cross track, medical clinic and conference centre. There are kids’ clubs for big and little kids during school holidays. Activities include horse riding, swim coaching, tennis and taekwando. The mango forest has extensive walking and biking trails, and makes a perfect wedding venue. The Beach Club, on the marine park, serves drinks and snacks, and offers SUP, snorkelling, glass-bottomed boat trips, beach volleyball and more.
