About Sentrim Amboseli Lodge

On the edge of Amboseli National Park, Sentrim Amboseli Camp has striking views of Mt Kilimanjaro. The camp is located near Olkelunyiet Gate.

There are 60 en-suite tents, made up of 34 doubles, 16 twins and 10 triples. All tents are equipped with electronic safety deposit box, minibar, fan, hairdryer and kettle, and all have views of Mt Kilimanjaro. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals can also be served on the veranda of the guests’ tent, if required. The bar is well stocked with soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits. The lounge area is open sided. The freeform swimming pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a spa, a souvenir gift shop and a bookshop.


Activities include game drives and cultural visits to local villages. Information on local culture and traditions is available at the camp. Game walks, sundowners and balloon safaris are available for an extra charge. Observation Hill, not far from the camp, has panoramic views of Amboseli National Park and Mt Kilimanjaro. Sentrim Hotels and Lodges are also located in Nairobi, Mombasa, Tsavo East National Park and the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
