About Ol Kinyei Adventure Camp

In the Ol Kinyei Conservancy, Ol Kinyei Adventure Camp gives access to this private conservancy in a simple camp. Ol Kinyei Conservancy is an exclusive wildlife reserve on the border of the Maasai Mara National Reserve with savannah plains, riverine forest and fresh springs. The conservancy belongs to a Maasai community that allocated the area a sanctuary for wildlife, and contains a wide variety of animal and bird species, including a resident pride of lion.

There are 9 small dome tents, each with space for 2 pax. Each tent has a tented bathroom behind with a flush loo and safari shower. Mattresses and pillows are provided; visitors bring their own sleeping bags and towels. The team of staff heats water for showers, cooks tasty meals and serves the food in the open sided dining tent. The KPSGA-certified safari guide hosts the camp and offers game drives and nature walks. Drinking water is provided and other drinks are available.

Activities include game drives in shared vehicles in the conservancy and a full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve with a picnic lunch. Night game drives and guided nature walks are also on offer. All Porini Camps are firmly eco-friendly.
