There are 24 en-suite rooms, made up of singles, doubles and triples. All rooms have aircon, writing table, armchair and telephone. The furnishings are a combination of Oriental and modern. Vitamu Restaurant serves Kenyan and international dishes, including grilled Kikambala chicken, grilled whole taffy, pili pili prawns, fillet steak de Paris and roasted goat meat. Kaka Bar, at the entrance of the hotel, has Oriental arches and wooden panelling. Karibu Bar, adjoining the reception, is designed with a long bar along orange walls. Both bars are well stocked with soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits.

The conference hall seats 40 pax, and is equipped with projector and PA system. The reception can book taxis if required. The hotel is within easy reach of all the shops, businesses, restaurants and bars of Mombasa.
