About Awali Estate

Established in 2020, Awali Estate is a collection of attractive bungalows and maisonettes designed, built and managed by Vipingo Development Limited. The properties are individually owned, and many of them are available for holiday rent.

The 74 units comprise 38 bungalows and 36 maisonettes, all with 3 bedrooms. The maisonettes have a central living and dining area, with open plan kitchen on the ground floor; either side of the central living space is an en-suite bedroom. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor, with French windows opening onto a terrace on three sides. The bungalows have similar central living and dining spaces, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on one side, and the en-suite master bedroom on the other. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The bathrooms have modern fittings. The living areas are furnished by the owners. All units have staff quarters and pantry. A cook can be booked with advance notice.

The units have their own gardens, terraces, and two parking spaces. In the centre of the compound is a shared swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, and a children’s play area. Vipingo’s Kuruwitu Beach, protected by the Kuruwitu Conservation and Welfare Association, is a short drive away.
