About Kahama Hotel

Kahama Hotel is a bright and friendly hotel set in gardens dotted with palm trees.

There are 32 en-suite double rooms, made up of 24 superior and 8 executive, and 2 apartments. All rooms are equipped with aircon, telephone, mosquito net and satellite TV. Executive rooms also have 4-poster beds and kettles. The rooms are fully tiled, and adorned with bright local fabrics, African batiks, traditional artifacts and Lamu furniture. The suites have 2 en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and rooftop terrace furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds. The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace with sunbeds, and has a children’s section.

Breakfast is served by the poolside. The Pitcher and Butch Sports Bar and Restaurant has red brickwork and coral walls, with orange and yellow décor. It serves a selection of Kenyan and international pub dishes including fish fingers, pepper steak, noodles with sweet peppers, pea and potato curry, burgers, sandwiches and nyama choma grilled meats. The drinks list includes soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits and liqueurs. Local DJs and live bands provide entertainment on certain nights. There is also a conference hall, boardroom, cyber café and carwash. Kahama Hotel is affiliated to Nairobi’s popular Klub House.
