Palm Garden is an apt name for this boutique hotel set in lush green gardens. The hotel opened in October 2019 and is an inviting oasis in Watamu.

The 6 deluxe suites have 2 bedrooms, spacious open-air living and dining area, kitchenette and veranda. The 2 standard suites have 1 bedroom, living and dining area with kitchenette and veranda. The honeymoon suite is more spacious and has 1 bedroom, long veranda and spacious open-air living and dining area. All suites have hand carved furniture, cream drapes, TV, charging stations, plentiful cupboard space, fridge, aircon, fan and safe.

The swimming pool is in the centre of the gardens, with sunbathing deck and sunbeds. The restaurant, on the poolside, serves Italian food and seafood including an Italian platter, avocado salad, linguine lobster, grilled seafood platter, fish stew in coconut and beef Milanese. The breakfast area has a makuti thatched roof with baobab lanterns, attractive furniture and open kitchen. The bar is fully stocked and offers cocktails. The open-sided yoga space can also be used as a TV lounge. The hotel offers massage, manicure and pedicure, and has a boutique selling clothes, books and necessities. Watamu is known for water sports including kite surfing, kayaking, SUP and boat trips.
