About Lazy Days Beach House

This chic coastal house opened in 2021 and sits in sweeping gardens on Diani Beach. The house is owned by The Sands at Nomad, one of Diani’s most popular resorts.

There are 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The house is divided in two, each side mirroring the other; each half has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and living and dining areas. A large veranda running the length of the house overlooks gardens filled with water features, ancient baobabs and ornamental flowers. The pool house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and overlooks the swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and BBQ area. Both the main house and pool house are adorned with Lamu furniture, ornamental glass, wooden floors, elegant art and book-filled bookshelves. There’s also a gym, yoga space, massage room and private beach access.

A team of staff serves the house, including chef and nanny; the house is fully catered, or meals can be taken at Nomad Beach Bar. Boat trips and non-motorised water sports are available, as well as trips to Chale Island. Snorkelling, fishing, scuba diving and spa treatments can be arranged on request. The Thinking Green initiative supports the Marine Research Centre that protects coral ecosystems and resident sea turtles.
