30-hour Advanced Creative Sequencing and Reunion
Whether you are already an experienced Vinyasa teacher, OR building towards your 300 hours with Karuna – this is the perfect course to keep the light of learning in your heart ignited. Karuna Yoga Journeys is offering the option of advancing your training, or simply coming for a reunion for the last two days.
Join us for five days of sharing, moving, connecting and learning with your Karuna Spirit. We will explore intuitive and intelligent movements and then learn to incorporate them in our yoga offerings.
Often as vinyasa teachers we can become stagnant in patterns and rhythms of movement. This training will help us break through our creative barriers and find the magic of vinyasa.
Right after the beautiful Lamu Yoga Festival, we will dive into this gently paced training from 11th – 16th October.
In this training you can expect to:
- Retreat and reconnect
- Learn new ways to move and keep up with the ever evolving practice of Vinyasa
- Rekindle your love for guiding/teaching
- Unlock your creativity and plan beautiful and unique class sequences
- Be loved for, nurtured and cared for.
If you want to join us only for a reunion, you are welcome to arrive on 14th October and stay until 16th October. We can help you arrange your stay if needed.
YACEP rates inclusive of accommodation:

Reunion rates:
The reunion is free of any mandatory charge. We are requesting a pledge of minimum 57 USD which will help us cover costs of organisation, a community dinner and the KARUNA KENNEL at the USPCA. You can invite partners or friends to be a part of the Karuna vibe - suggested pledge minimum 37 USD which will also include them in our communal meal. If you feel abundant, do not let our suggestions limit you!
