A 5-day yoga and meditation retreat on the theme of serenity in the beautiful wild land of Suyian, in Laikipia.

Some of the things to look forward to on this retreat:

Yoga with Mélissa - Allow your body to unfold under Méli’s calm guidance. Surrender to gravity in Yin Yoga and feel the energy flowing in Hatha Yoga.

Qi Gong & meditation led by Ciaran - take a step towards mindfulness with guided meditation, and discover the self-healing power of Qigong

Bush walks with Anne Powys - feel the bush come alive as she shares her deep knowledge of plants, people

Alongside scheduled activities there will also be time to chill out, watch the wildlife, eat yummy, healthy food and simply enjoy being in the bush.

We are compliant with county health guidelines and have had the requisite staff tested for COVID. It is an open-air location with no windows on any structures. If you have any concerns or questions please be in touch.
