Check in from 2pm, option of SUP and swimming on the dam, evening yin yoga, welcome sundowner at a viewpoint, dinner at the Ostrich House.
Sunrise vinyasa yoga and meditation, eco-farm tour, lunch, SUP yoga on the dam, silent meditation walk to dragon fruit, dinner in the dragon fruit.
Coffee and fruit, vin-yin yoga, brunch at the farm, option of driving to Savage Wilderness for the 1.30pm white water rafting session, OR remain at the farm for an arm balance workshop, dinner at the farm, yoga nidra after dinner.
Sunrise yin yoga, breakfast, closing circle, departures around noon.
