Yoga is all about transformation. Whether it’s transforming a chaotic present with instant peace, or whether it’s an ongoing practice of life transformation. While yoga effortlessly does this anywhere, when you’re seeking a major life shift, nothing beats coupling the power of yoga with the indelible magic of a place like Africa. The farther you go out into the world, the deeper you go within. Here in Africa we will tap into our sense of adventure, re-wild our nervous system, & awaken our animal instincts!
The Tapping into the Wild retreat is for you if:
You’re at a crossroads in life;
You’re ready to transform your life;
You feel the need for a true adventure;
You want to expand your yoga practice.
Retreat guests will experience primal movement yoga in the morning and gentle yoga, meditation, breath work, and astrology under the stars at night. Woven into the experience will be safari drives and walks, visits with the local Samburu villagers and downtime to relax and simply enjoy the setting.
