Yoga Events and Happenings | Tigoni Yoga Brunch

BRUNCH WILL BE SERVED BY BOHO EATERY

a whole foods restaurant focused on conscious and sustainable living. Boho Eatery serves Nairobi’s best vegan and vegetarian offerings in a cosy, eclectic hideaway. At this special event, Boho Eatery will be serving three courses of healthy, vegan deliciousness.

PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE FARM ACTIVITIES

a horse ride or a nature walk to the waterfall, and fresh organic goody-bags provided by Fettle Healthy Living to take home.

A selection of farm produce and Boho Kitchen’s range of homemade condiments will be available for sale. Local ingredients, global flavours.

VENUE WILL BE PROVIDED BY KAWAMWAKI FARM

the family home of the Vaulkhard family. Built in 1920, the farmhouse retains the charm of a colonial bungalow but over the years has expanded into a large, comfortable family home. The house overlooks acres of private land, complete with a lake and waterfall surrounded by indigenous forest. Guests are welcome to roam the land on foot or horseback.

YOGA WILL BE LED BY TAMARA BRITTEN

a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Flow and 200-hour certified SUP, aerial and acro yoga teacher. Tamara loves the playful styles of yoga and believes that yoga isn’t just on the mat but is a way of life. To open this retreat, she will guide a morning session of vinyasa yoga. For those who wish to get playful, she’s also offering an arm balance workshop as one of the optional afternoon activities.
