Ashley has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and became a certified yoga instructor with Core Power Yoga in the US. She teaches an invigorating style of Power Vinyasa Yoga and has continued her yoga training in Power Yoga for Sports, providing a stronger element of alignment and yoga for injury prevention and rehabilitation in her teaching.
Ashley’s classes focus on the trifecta of toning, increasing flexibility and building strength. She loves to see the change that yoga brings to her students, both physically and mentally. Ashley is the founder and director of Acacia Studios, a dedicated yoga studio in Nairobi, offering over 50 classes a week consisting of a variety of styles, levels and teachers.
