Yogi | Camilla Morgon

Yoga has been part of my life for over 25 years after first discovering it in a local community centre in England at the age of 17. Initially attracted to the practice for the physical benefits, I soon realised after my first few classes that it had a huge positive impact on how I felt emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It felt like coming home. Soon after, I decided that I wanted to share these incredible benefits with others and become a teacher.

I have completed three Yoga Teacher Trainings in classical Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teaching internationally in the UK, Germany, Crete and now Kenya. My style of teaching incorporates a creative mix of slow flow, yin and tai-chi inspired moving meditations that help people feel energised, grounded and uplifted. I love to help people feel inclusive in class no matter what their level and my goal is to help awaken people to a deeper connection with their own body and breath developing self-awareness, inner strength, courage, kindness and compassion.
