Yogi | Ciaran Brown

Growing up surrounded by wilderness, Ciaran has always had an affinity for the natural world and our place within it. In more recent years he has been exploring the equally fascinating terrain of the internal world. He has become interested in Chi Gong, a method of pairing the breath with gentle movements in order to encourage the flow of energy or Chi.

Ciaran is passionate about our inner potential, creative work and simple, healthy living. He hosts retreats and leads Chi Gong and meditation sessions.
