Yogi | Nicole Valente

Nicole has been a yoga practitioner, comprehensive Pilates instructor and personal trainer for over 10 years. She completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification with Sattva Yoga Bali in a life changing course just before the pandemic. Her teacher training had primary focuses on the technique and alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga and Yogic Philosophy. Through her virtual training platform, she leads private clients, small groups and community classes in personalised guided meditations, pranayama, yoga asana practice, strength training and conditioning, and Pilates mat, reformer and apparatus. In the past few years Nicole found true love, soul elevation, and deeper life purpose and contentment through travelling to explore various areas of the world, eating every type of amazing cuisine possible, meeting new people, surfing all over the world, hanging out with all of the animal friends, and experiencing different cultures. Practicing in a yoga retreat abroad with Christina is what spurred this magical life shift.

Practicing and retreating with Nicole is about meeting your mind and your body where they are at the moment and beginning to take them on the journey to where they would like to be. With a large focus on education, Nicole wants you to come out of your retreat with new knowledge of how to communicate with your mind and body that you can apply in your life going forwards, and maybe just ignite, or reignite, any dormant sense of adventure lying within the Self.
