About Loisaba Lodo Springs

Vast Loisaba Conservancy combines conservation, community, ranching and tourism. For the adventurous, Loisaba offers horse riding, camel trekking, mountain biking, walking, fishing, day and night game drives and cultural visits to local communities, while for those with a love of peace, Loisaba provides pampering in the spa.

Loisaba Lodo Springs is part of the Elewana Group. Lodo Springs has 8 en-suite rooms with striking views across the conservancy and a swimming pool; for the utmost luxury and privacy, each room is allocated an Elewana guest ambassador, a dedicated safari vehicle and a highly qualified safari guide. Lodo Springs’ meal times are flexible and all dietary requirements can be catered for. Meals can be eaten in camp or in the bush. Children’s activities include visits to the anti-poaching team, warrior training and guided bush walks; a children’s menu is available. Acacia Campsite is available for camping.

Loisaba merges untamed bush with a working cattle farm. The northern species of gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe, as well as predators like wild dog, leopard and cheetah, share their waterholes with domestic cows. This symbiotic relationship between ranching and tourism pays for the protection of the wider environment and its often-endangered inhabitants. Loisaba Conservancy was recently purchased by The Nature Conservancy and partnered with Space for Giants elephant foundation.
