Kanga Yoga Teacher Training Sept-Nov 2024
This 200-hour yoga teacher training is 150 hours online, and the remaining 50 hours in person. It is an accredited yoga teacher certification.

- The online section is from 23rd September to 26th October, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 1.30pm.
- The in-person part can be done either in RIshikesh, India, from 1st to 10th November; or in Nairobi, Kenya, from 18th to 28th November.

Open to new students and previous graduates are welcome to join modules. This course is one of the most comprehensive on offer. The course is delivered by senior teachers in the field of yoga and ayurveda philosophy, yoga asana, anatomy & physiology, pranayama and meditation. Senior teachers of Rishikesh come together for the training so it takes place once a year only. Some students join the course to teach yoga, and other students join for a deeper understanding on yoga and ayurveda, and to develop a self-practice. We have a limited spaces again. We keep the numbers on the course limited to ensure quality teacher to student time. There is an application process to ensure all students are dedicated to receiving the knowledge delivered on this course.
