Yoga Alliance 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga Angels and Conscious Superstars, in collaboration with Yoga for Wellness Africa, are offering a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This will be held at Beyond Body, in Kitisuru, Nairobi. This YTT is Yoga Alliance certified.
- 5 live classes/week
- 5 weeks of classes: 24 classes in total
- 6 categories of teaching
- 4 principles of teaching
- 5 limbs and how to observe and use them
- Foundation of practicing and teaching
- Risk areas (proactive protection)
- Yoga Angels International beginners poses
- How to practice and teach Pranayama
- How to sequence a class from opening to closing
- Guided meditation for self-practice and teaching
- Guided visualisation for self-practice and teaching
- 13 days detox and juice cleanse
- Yoga Alliance Certification after assessment
