Do you have the call for a change? Would you like to let go of old patterns holding you back from living the life you want?
The retreat will give you the right tools in a supportive learning environment to master your mind and emotions. In eight days, you will accelerate your progress on the path of self-mastery, reaching evolved states of mind. You will develop a deep understanding of the tools available to do this, to enable you to continue walking on the path even after the retreat ends.
What will happen?
I will teach you different breathwork, and meditation styles to help you let go of stored emotions. They will help you as well to reconnect with your real power! You will take back 100% responsibility for your own life and meet your true self – the first step to a happy and self-determined life.
We will practice daily breathwork, meditation, mantras, journaling, and affirmations to deepen the healing process in ourselves.
