Yoga Events and Happenings | Rise to Oneness

Have you ever wondered why 80% of our body is water?

Why water as an element is so undervalued?

How we can use the power of water to elevate our experience as humans?

I am delighted to invite you to explore these themes and more during my upcoming retreat - RISE TO ONENESS - June 21-27 2024.

We will call on the power of the Indian Ocean to connect to the healing element of water. Known to some as ‘Mama Watta’ she is revered for her strength, beauty and influence over the natural world.

Together, we will investigate the healing effects and frequencies of our waters, including cosmic and celestial waters—those waters from our origins in other parts of the cosmos.

We examine our spiritual connection to water and how we can use it to amplify our experience in this life as multi-dimensional Beings.

Over the seven days we spend together, we’ll harness the healing and transformative power of water and water spirits to boost our energy, enhance our powers of manifestation and expand our ability to carry higher light frequencies. From these elevated frequencies we are able to heal from within and positively influence our communities.
