Yoga Events and Happenings | Kosmik Embodiment Retreat

This is a small group 4-day retreat led by Leah Golde, Holistic Healing Activator, and Janet Patry, BodyTalk Practitioner. We will focus on restoring balance, communication, and synchronicity within the body-mind complex in preparation for embodiment of high frequency kosmik light. You will receive DNA upgrades and align with the kosmik energies that will activate more of your gifts. If you are aligned to the world view that we’re energetically evolving, you know you are to be ofservice to this mission, and you are seeking support in accelerating the process, then this retreat is for you. We will utilize the natural elements within us and around us and work with Kenya’s beautiful landscapes and animals to help unify and balance polarities so we’re more in union with ourselves, our surroundings, and one another.
