About Mnarani Club

On the opposite side of the bridge from Kilifi, Mnarani Club looks out on the creek. The name, meaning lighthouse, refers to the hotel’s position at the entrance to the creek. The hotel’s infinity pool appears to be tumbling into the creek.

There are 82 en-suite rooms, made up of doubles, twins and singles. They are divided between Garden Rooms and Creek Rooms. All rooms have aircon, fan and telephone. The restaurant serves buffet, with an international menu including crab cakes with chutney, chargrilled vegetables, corn and pea Masala, pork chops and hot cinnamon and carrot doughnuts. There is also a pizza oven with a selection of fresh pizzas. A snack menu is available at the poolside.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, football pitch, squash court, crazy golf and a TV lounge with satellite TV. The spa offers facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. Neilson’s Safaris has an animation team in the hotel, which offers a daily programme of activities such as water polo, water aerobics, volleyball, quiz and Swahili lessons. Other activities include sailing, windsurfing and horse riding. Trips to Arabuko Sokoke Forest, Malindi, local schools and craft markets are available. Neilson’s Safaris, with a desk on site, can book tours, excursions and safaris to destinations in Kenya.
